Celery sourdough starter
Pickled celery sourdough is new to our pickling range. Delicious, delicately sour, strongly surprising.
It is unpasteurised and therefore rich in beneficial probiotic bacteria, which are formed during pickling. At the same time, the sugar contained in the vegetables is consumed by the bacteria during the fermentation process and thus the sugar content in the juice is reduced to a minimum.
Ingredients:
Celery, water, Kłodawa rock salt.
