Shreded pickled cucumbers
Grated pickled cucumbers are an ideal ingredient for cucumber soup. Firm, crisp allow you to prepare dinner in no time.
To prepare a jar of 300g of grated cucumbers we grate 450g of pickled cucumbers and drain them.
Cucumbers are pickled using the traditional method, in the summer right after harvest. For the production of pickled cucumbers we use our own cucumbers, garlic, dill and rock salt (from the Klodawa Mine), making it a natural, very healthy product with a unique taste and crispness.
The probiotic bacteria contained in the pickles favorably affect the intestinal bacterial flora, remove toxins. They eliminate pathogenic bacteria, thus increasing the body's immunity. They are natural antibiotics.
Cucumbers are unpasteurized. They should be stored in the refrigerator (in brine, in a closed container).
